From Marcia's Desk
Lately, I've been reflecting on a simple question: What keeps organizations strong during times of change?
The answer is rarely found in a policy manual, technology platform, or strategic plan alone.
It's found in the relationships people build, the knowledge they share, and the willingness to support one another when challenges arise.
As we head into another busy season of planning, decision-making, and competing priorities, I believe connection remains one of the most valuable resources we have. It's how ideas become action, challenges become opportunities, and communities become stronger.
Thank you for being part of this growing network of professionals committed to learning, sharing, and building better futures together.
