Founder of AM FM Consulting Group Inc., Marcia is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of expertise in facility management, corporate real estate, and asset management. Her work spans management consulting, professional development, and career planning across private, public, and non-profit sectors.

She pioneered Canada’s first Facility Management Certificate Program at the University of Toronto, a model that earned international recognition, and co-founded the Canadian Association for Facility and Asset Education (CAFAE), Canada’s leading institute for applied FM and asset management training. She is also the driving force behind community initiatives such as Cappuccino Hour and Canadian Women in FM, both designed to build networks and elevate emerging leaders.

A trusted mentor and innovator, she has helped organizations reduce waste, improve accessibility, and adopt new technologies while preparing the next generation of professionals to lead with confidence and accountability.
