Course Description
This 8-module executive course helps senior facility, asset, operations, and infrastructure professionals move from operational management into strategic asset leadership.
Participants will learn how to connect asset decisions to organizational value, service delivery, financial performance, regulatory compliance, risk management, resilience, and long-term planning. The course focuses on practical tools and executive-level thinking, helping participants evaluate capital priorities, develop defensible investment recommendations, and communicate asset strategies with confidence.
