About The Course

Course Description

This three-session workshop introduces the core knowledge and skills required to succeed in today’s facility management role. It provides a clear, practical overview of what facility managers are responsible for—and how technical, financial, and people-focused competencies come together to support safe, efficient, and well-run facilities.

Participants will explore the fundamentals of facility operations, planning, and organizational support through real-world examples and facilitated discussion. The course is designed to build confidence, clarify expectations, and help learners understand how day-to-day decisions connect to longer-term facility performance.
