Participants move beyond the technical aspects of facilities management to develop expertise in asset lifecycle planning, maintenance optimization, financial management, procurement, capital planning, project delivery, leadership, risk management, sustainability, and strategic decision-making.

Built around real-world scenarios and practical application, the course equips participants with tools they can immediately apply to improve facility performance, support organizational objectives, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
