  • Comfortable offering practical, ethical, vendor-neutral guidance

  • Willing to meet consistently and uphold confidentiality

  • Facility Operations & Maintenance 

  • Asset & Capital Planning 

  • Leadership & Careers (team building, interviews, resumes)

Commitment & format

  • Typical cadence: 60–120 minutes/month

  • Formats: 1:1, small-group circles, mock interviews, portfolio reviews, guest sessions

  • Video calls + shared templates
